Drawing inspiration from Solange's song, this artwork captures the resilience of Black womanhood in the face of external pressure. The piece features a calm and confident African American women with natural hair, untouched and unapologetic. Abstract figures swirl around her, attempting to distract, but she remains unbothered, symbolizing strength and the power to of embracing one's true self.
